2. Account

Accounts are personal; you are responsible for your credentials and misuse may lead to suspension.

3. Usage

Do not abuse, disrupt or automate access without permission.

4. AI recognition

AI recognition is supportive and may err; you are responsible for verification.

5. Values

Displayed values are market estimates, not financial advice or sale guarantees.

6. Subscriptions

Free and paid plans exist, cancellable monthly; limits and features vary and prices may change.

7. Data

Users retain ownership of their data; InfinityCards has technical rights to deliver the service.

8. Liability

Use is at your own risk. InfinityCards is not liable for damage, data loss or decisions.

9. Termination

Accounts can be terminated by users or InfinityCards in case of misuse.

10. Law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
