What is InfinityCards?

InfinityCards is a platform to scan, manage, and track Pokémon cards. Build digital collections, monitor market values, and stay organized—without spreadsheets.

For collectors (casual to serious), investors, and in the future also vendors.

Account & usage

Do I need an account to use InfinityCards?

Yes. An account is required to save scans, collections, and preferences.

Can I manage multiple collections or binders?

Yes. You can manage multiple collections and binders from a single account.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data in the settings.

Scanning & recognition

How does scanning work?

Upload a photo of a card. Our AI recognizes the card and suggests a match. You can review and confirm before saving.

Is the recognition 100% accurate?

No. The AI is strong but not flawless. You remain responsible for the final confirmation.

Which cards are supported?

We support English and Japanese Pokémon cards. Older, rare, or altered cards may require manual tweaking.

What if a card is misrecognized?

You can adjust the card or reselect it before it is stored.

Are my scans used to train the AI?

No. Your scans remain yours and are not reused without permission.

Values & pricing

Where do price estimates come from?

Price indications are based on external market data and averages.

Are these guaranteed sale prices?

No. The shown value is a market indication, not a guaranteed sale price.

How often are prices updated?

Prices update periodically as new market data becomes available.

Can I set my own value?

Yes. You can manually add or override a personal value.

Subscriptions & limits

Is InfinityCards free to use?

Yes, there is a free tier with limited scans.

What does a premium subscription get me?

More scans per month, expanded features, and extra collection controls.

What happens if I hit my scan limit?

Wait for the next month or upgrade to a higher tier.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled on a monthly basis.

Data, privacy & security

Who owns my collection data?

You do. InfinityCards does not claim ownership over your data.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export functionality is supported.

Where is my data stored?

We store data securely within the EU, compliant with GDPR.

What if InfinityCards stops operating?

You will still have the option to export your data.

Future & development

Will other TCGs be supported?

That is on the roadmap, but Pokémon is currently the priority.

Will grading recognition (PSA/CGC) come?

We are researching it, but it is not available yet.

Will there be a marketplace or selling feature?

Not in the short term. The focus remains on collection management and scanning.

How can I share feedback or report bugs?

Use the feedback tool in the platform or reach out via contact/support.
